Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee campaigns, emails, re-sends, landing pages, redirects, and completion actions using Pardot, Braze, and Salesforce.

• Configure workflows in Pardot Engagement Studio, Salesforce Engagement cadences, and Braze canvases for nurturing leads and communicating with clients.

• Develop and sustain campaign logic, triggers, flows, and integrations with Salesforce.

• Track campaign performance in real-time, diagnose issues, and implement enhancements to optimize results.

• Clean, enrich, and import lead, contact, and account lists sourced from events and vendors.

• Organize and segment weekly target lists for our SDR team.

• Implement lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and frameworks for campaign tracking.

• Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation accuracy within Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze.

• Document all marketing workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

• Create and manage dashboards to facilitate analysis of campaign performance and KPIs.

• Oversee daily administration and configuration of the Pardot and Braze platforms.

• Resolve automation issues, deliverability problems, and campaign failures.

• Manage integrations of Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze with other applications such as ZoomInfo, Zoom, and website forms.

• Administer profiles and permission sets for global marketing teams.

• Collaborate with the technical Salesforce team on integrations and enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related area.

• Over 4 years of experience in marketing automation, operations, or a comparable role.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and at least one automation platform (e.g., Pardot, Braze, or similar).

• Experience with Salesforce Analytics Studio, Power BI, or other similar reporting tools.

• Basic familiarity with Salesforce administration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of data governance, data hygiene, and CRM best practices.

• Experience in managing list imports, enrichment tools, and third-party data providers.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally.

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist, and/or Braze Certified Practitioner or higher.

• Preferred: Located in the US Eastern time zone.
