Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm the proposed strategy for migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze, including the scope, estimated efforts, and delivery timeline.

• Create a detailed migration roadmap that encompasses data management, audience lists, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing procedures.

• Support the client’s technical team throughout the entire migration process, offering expert guidance during implementation.

• Translate existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation strategies, and messaging programs into Braze.

• Recognize technical dependencies, potential migration risks, data challenges, and gaps prior to impacting project delivery.

• Inspect migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows to verify accuracy, completeness, and readiness for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in successfully migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

• Strong familiarity with Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.

• Capability to independently oversee a migration and guide both technical and client stakeholders through the process.

• Braze certifications are highly preferred and will be a significant factor in the selection process.

• Availability during US Central time business hours.
