📋 Description

• Oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns specifically for the Australian market in collaboration with local go-to-market teams and global marketing partners.

• Assist in tailoring marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to meet the unique demands of the local market.

• Aid in the planning and execution of events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing activities.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, approvals, and interdependencies across various projects.

• Collaborate with content creators, creative teams, public relations, and regional stakeholders to ensure continuous progress.

• Support campaign and event logistics, manage vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.

• Collect market feedback and local insights to guide marketing strategies.

• Evaluate and report on program execution and key results, identifying areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a marketing agency, technology firm, insurance sector, or other fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Experience in coordinating campaigns, events, or integrated marketing programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable engaging with both local stakeholders and global teams across different time zones.

• Ability to modify existing messaging and campaign strategies for local audiences.

• A self-motivated individual who is collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic setting.

• Experience in insurance, fintech, cybersecurity, or other regulated sectors is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap-Cut, video editing, or other design-related software is a plus.
