Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the existing Marketing Manager to enhance social media accounts.

• Develop and manage a daily content schedule for Instagram and TikTok.

• Produce, edit, and caption videos that resonate with Knowt’s brand identity.

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral phenomena.

• Interact with the community through comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

• Capture the essence of Knowt in enjoyable and authentic ways.

• Contribute to the growth of Knowt’s user base of over 3.5 million.

• Work in tandem with the Marketing Manager and CMO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; residency is required.

• No visa sponsorship will be provided.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant experience is required.

• Recent graduates within 3–4 years of completing their degree are encouraged to apply.

• A solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms is essential.

• Familiarity with design and editing software like Procreate, Figma, Canva, and CapCut.

• A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in short-form content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.

• Work hours must overlap with Chicago, IL, USA by at least 6 hours.
