Marketing Assistant, Trainee – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Mario and the team with marketing initiatives for [Bulle & Mensch].

• Expand reach, distribute content, and actively engage the podcast community.

• Help in researching, reaching out to, and managing potential podcast guests, from initial investigation through to communication.

• Prepare materials and communications to promote [Bulle & Mensch] as an appealing advertising platform.

• Aid in content and editorial planning across social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website.

• Organize and suggest pertinent excerpts, quotes, and moments from podcast episodes.

• Edit Shorts.

• Create basic graphic designs.

• Draft initial copies, captions, and communication materials.

• Research potential podcast guests and assist in their outreach and management.

• Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners.

• Help manage community comments and messages.

• Monitor published content and track and document fundamental metrics like reach, engagement, and listener numbers.

• Investigate trends, formats, and topics in finance and trading.

• Provide organizational support to the team, including filing, scheduling, and minor administrative marketing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some initial experience in marketing or communications—gained through personal projects, university, internships, or part-time positions—is adequate.

• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.

• Strong sensitivity to language and tone.

• Enjoy working with AI.

• Interest in trading, the stock market, business, or finance.

• Structured, dependable, and independent work style.

• Willingness to learn and openness to direct, honest feedback.
