Marketing Assistant, Trainee – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Mario and the team in executing marketing initiatives for [Bulle & Mensch]

• Expand reach, distribute content, and foster engagement within the podcast community

• Aid in researching, reaching out to, and communicating with potential podcast guests

• Create materials and communications to present [Bulle & Mensch] as an appealing advertising platform

• Cultivate knowledge in broader domains such as content strategy, guest acquisition, and partner communications

• Support content and editorial planning across various platforms including social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website

• Identify and suggest pertinent excerpts, quotes, and highlights from podcast episodes, and edit them into Shorts

• Design simple graphics using Canva and Picsart

• Draft preliminary versions of copy, captions, and other communication materials

• Research potential podcast guests and facilitate their outreach and ongoing communication

• Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners

• Assist in managing community comments and messages

• Monitor published content and track as well as document reach, engagement, and listener statistics

• Investigate trends, formats, and topics within the finance and trading industries

• Provide organizational assistance through tasks such as filing, scheduling, and administrative marketing activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience or exposure to marketing or communications—through personal projects, academic studies, an internship, or a part-time role

• Enjoy collaborating with and utilizing AI tools

• Proficient in written and spoken German, with a strong command of language

• Experience in editing graphics and creating Shorts

• Interest in trading, the stock market, business, or finance

• Structured, dependable, and self-motivated work style

• Eagerness to learn and receptiveness to direct, constructive feedback
