Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the marketing, branding, and lead-generation efforts of DMS.

• Develop high-quality branded graphics and marketing materials.

• Monitor and support Meta advertising initiatives.

• Aid in social media and digital marketing tasks.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of DMS's online presence.

• Engage with and reach out to potential clients, including via phone.

• Collect pertinent information and evaluate the initial suitability of potential clients.

• Ensure that qualified opportunities are promptly directed to the appropriate DMS team member.

• Collaborate remotely with the DMS team based in Australia.

• Manage tasks independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

• Proficiency in creating professional marketing graphics and digital content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns, including setup, creative development, monitoring, and basic performance reporting.

• Proven ability to communicate directly with customers or leads, including phone-based lead qualification or sales/customer service calls.

• Capability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Confidence and clarity in engaging directly with Australian customers and potential clients.

• Comfort in making both outbound and inbound phone calls and establishing rapport with prospective clients.

• Strong visual judgment and the ability to produce polished, brand-consistent content.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.

• Proficient in using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing processes.

• Highly organized, responsive, and capable of working independently.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand, privacy, and communication standards.

• Comfortable working remotely from Manila while collaborating with an Australian team.

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with lead-generation campaigns and lead funnels.

• Experience in qualifying leads or working in sales/business development.

• Background in video editing and short-form content creation.

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Basic understanding of website/CMS management.

• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, or marketing automation tools.

• Familiarity with AI creative tools.

• Experience in marketing healthcare, disability, community services, or other service-oriented businesses.

• Knowledge of the Australian market or experience working with Australian organizations.
