Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage advertising budgets for various client accounts

• Handle Local Services Ads inquiries, lead quality assurance, and any disputes

• Monitor campaign metrics and provide updates on monthly advertising expenses

• Supervise automated workflows and routine marketing activities

• Assist with content creation, SEO, social media, and additional marketing initiatives as required

• Utilize established standard operating procedures and tools to ensure tasks and processes remain on schedule

• Provide support for marketing operations within a boutique digital marketing agency catering to businesses across diverse sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience; agency experience is a plus

• Proficiency or familiarity with GoHighLevel is essential

• Excellent organizational skills, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to work autonomously, manage various tasks, and quickly learn new tools and processes

• Experience with Canva and similar design tools is preferred

• Familiarity with ClickUp or comparable project management tools is advantageous

• Background in home services or professional services is preferred

• Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country

• Salary: $1,500 USD

• PTO Accrual: 1.5 days for each month worked
