Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the CEO's email correspondence and guarantee prompt communication with clients.

• Upload and organize email marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel and Lawmatics.

• Track and prioritize assignments in ClickUp to ensure project timelines are met.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks such as onboarding and reporting.

• Create visual content using Canva for social media, blogs, and Google Business Profiles.

• Compose and refine short-form content, including social media posts and emails.

• Enhance and refresh Google Business Profiles and local directory listings.

• Conduct keyword research utilizing Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs.

• Execute backlink analysis and uncover public relations opportunities with HARO and Featured.com.

• Aid in LinkedIn outreach by utilizing provided scripts.

• Automate processes using Zapier; training will be provided if necessary.

• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to address gaps in the team’s expertise.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to implement essential tasks, improve operations, and meet team requirements.

• Contribute to a U.S.-based marketing agency that focuses on digital strategies for law firms, including SEO, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) – this is non-negotiable.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing.

• Proficiency in GoHighLevel (required).

• Familiarity with ClickUp for task management.

• Experience with Canva/Adobe or similar design tools; strong design skills are essential.

• Background in legal marketing or experience with law firms.

• Basic knowledge of local SEO (directory listings, citations).

• Understanding of WordPress/Webflow.

• Experience in copywriting for blogs and advertisements.

• Familiarity with Looker Studio.
