Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine social media content, marketing materials, and carry out basic photo editing using Photoshop.

• Conduct fundamental video editing, including making cuts, adding captions, and creating intro/outro graphics with CapCut.

• Craft engaging copy for social media platforms and the company website.

• Plan and schedule posts while actively engaging with audiences daily on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Oversee both internal and external communication initiatives.

• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for interacting comfortably with a wide range of audiences.

• A creative approach and enthusiasm for generating new content concepts and formats.

• Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Inquisitive, eager to learn, and driven to grow in the fields of Communications and Marketing.

• Proficient in Photoshop.

• Familiar with CapCut.

• Currently studying for a degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Design is an advantage.

• Living in Espírito Santo is a plus.

• High school diploma is required.
