Marketing and Sales Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead marketing initiatives for Neuromodulation at both local and regional levels across a territory of 23 countries, collaborating closely with local teams and distributors.

• Serve as a crucial connection between European Marketing, Sales, and local markets, ensuring that regional and local priorities are synchronized.

• Organize and facilitate congresses, symposia, healthcare professional education, and customer engagement activities throughout the region.

• Create and tailor marketing materials and communications for local markets, including assistance with translations for Poland.

• Establish robust relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and local commercial teams to pinpoint market needs and opportunities.

• Aid in the execution and coordination of marketing tools, campaigns, and initiatives such as Showpad, Campus Connect, and Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or a similar commercial position, preferably in the Healthcare or Medical Devices sector.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong confidence in engaging with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

• An open-minded, proactive, and engaging individual, capable of building relationships across various countries and cultures.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
