📋 Description

• Temporarily take on the role of communications leader for projects during the absence of the current holder due to vacation or leave.

• Offer tactical assistance for highly intricate accounts.

• Aid the Consulting team in organizing schedules and eliminating operational obstacles.

• Train new team members on the use of RD Station, mLabs, and internal procedures.

• Oversee communications and databases to guarantee adherence to the organization's standards and taxonomy set by management.

• Document tactical insights and learnings.

• Keep the Communications Playbook current and relevant.

• Transform experiences from individual projects into shared knowledge.
