This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design, lead, and implement comprehensive strategies for tradeshows, conferences, corporate events, vertical summits, sales conferences, and other significant initiatives.

• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, registration, and post-event analysis.

• Work collaboratively with sales teams, suppliers, vendors, and other cross-functional groups to ensure successful event execution.

• Organize and conduct weekly status update meetings to discuss event briefs, workback schedules, and current event status.

• Monitor and manage event costs ranging from 6 to 7 figures, providing regular reports and analysis to management.

• Identify and assess event opportunities to enhance brand visibility and return on investment (ROI).

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing plan and company goals.

• Produce brand materials, including marketing collateral, sales presentations, and digital advertising content.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

• Perform market research and competitive analyses.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales leaders to comprehend industry requirements and deliver tailored marketing programs and campaigns.

• Assist sales teams with marketing materials and resources.

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing efforts.

• Organize, update, and maintain marketing assets.

• Coordinate marketing initiatives with suppliers and partners.

• Define and track success metrics for marketing programs and initiatives in collaboration with sales leaders.

• Manage the approval, ordering, and production of Vallen merchandise while liaising with vendors.

• Provide additional marketing support as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, corporate event management, or a related position.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight trips, and work outside standard business hours when necessary to support events.

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows.

• Strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, project management, registration, or event management platforms is preferred.

• Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous.

• Ability to travel as required and occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends to support events.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
