This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution and enhancement of integrated demand generation campaigns across various channels including email, paid, organic, and partner channels to generate pipeline and increase awareness.
• Aid in the planning and on-site management of conferences and trade shows, encompassing logistics, booth strategy, staffing coordination, and follow-up activities before and after the events.
• Support brand marketing initiatives, ensuring messaging consistency, content creation, and campaign creative development.
• Contribute to product marketing efforts, which include product launches, sales enablement content, and strategic positioning.
• Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing initiatives, joint content creation, and shared events.
• Oversee marketing programs within HubSpot, handling tasks such as campaign builds, email distributions, landing page creation, and workflow automation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage vendor and event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Work closely with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership teams to effectively communicate TestAssure's narrative to the market.
• Over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven history in managing events.
• Practical experience in handling digital campaigns, webinars, and conferences/trade shows.
• Proficient in using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Strong project management abilities — capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines autonomously.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across functions with sales, partners, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to assessing and enhancing campaign performance.
• A generalist outlook with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
• Availability to travel occasionally, around 10–25%, for conferences, trade shows, and staff meetings.
• Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with partner or channel marketing programs.
• Understanding of brand and product marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, and product launches.
• Experience in marketing to enterprise or HRIS/HR technology decision-makers.
• Experience in the workforce management industry is not mandatory.
• Fully remote position (within the US).
• Occasional travel (10–25%) for conferences, trade shows, and staff meetings.
