Marketing and Events Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement marketing initiatives, including conferences, trade shows, meetings, and corporate events.

• Oversee event logistics such as registration, sponsorship obligations, exhibit materials, shipping, and travel arrangements as necessary.

• Design and execute marketing campaigns through digital, email, social media, and print platforms.

• Develop and manage marketing and conference materials, which include presentations, promotional materials, signage, and event communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

• Monitor event and marketing budgets, keep track of expenses, and manage vendor contracts effectively.

• Update and maintain website, social media, and marketing content to align with organizational objectives.

• Track and analyze metrics related to campaign and event performance, offering recommendations for enhancements.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive experience for attendees throughout marketing and conference activities.
