This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of and enhance the processes for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for marketing and sales leaders.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze business trends to inform decision-making.
• Convert ambiguous business inquiries into actionable analyses, suggest solutions, and ensure efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineers to transform recurring manual reports into decision-support tools.
• Engage with marketing, sales, finance, product, and customer success teams to assess requirements and design effective, precise information solutions.
• Participate in discussions on data collection and modeling where marketing needs align with the overall company data model.
• Manage a segment of the marketing analytics portfolio as a senior individual contributor with minimal oversight.
• Over 5 years of experience in business analytics within a software or information company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Competence in Python, enabling independent end-to-end analysis.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports that facilitate decision-making.
• Ability to articulate analyses or technical concepts in a manner that prompts action.
• Capability to manage a workstream from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Preferred: experience with attribution modeling, including multi-touch, time decay, and incrementality.
• Preferred: experience in lead scoring.
• Preferred: experience integrating sales and marketing data with a comprehensive funnel perspective.
• Preferred: familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Looker, or other data management tools.
• Preferred: background in partnership marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
