This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform a thorough evaluation of Minerva's marketing and enrollment processes.
• Assess marketing strategies, channel combinations, campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, lead generation, quality of leads, application conversion rates, and enrollment conversion rates.
• Review historical performance data, marketing expenditures, resource distribution, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, KPIs, attribution models, and data sources.
• Identify gaps in data integrity, tracking, attribution, measurement, leakage, and inefficiencies.
• Investigate competitor digital marketing tactics, positioning, messaging, search visibility, keywords, content, target audiences, channels, and market prospects.
• Analyze search trends, behavior of prospective students, new digital marketing channels, SEO/AEO opportunities, and trends in higher education acquisition.
• Examine lead generation processes, lead quality, application figures, conversion rates, costs per lead/application, and performance by channel, campaign, audience, geography, website, landing page, and search.
• Identify cost-effective strategies to enhance the volume of qualified leads and applications.
• Enhance organic search, website conversion rates, content, targeting, segmentation, messaging, campaign performance, re-engagement efforts, referrals, partnerships, and the coordination between Marketing, Enrollment, and Admissions.
• Integrate research, data, and market insights into prioritized strategic recommendations.
• Create concise presentations and reports for leadership review.
• Present discoveries, supporting data, trends, competitive insights, opportunities, risks, and suggested actions.
• Execute approved strategies and insights.
• Extensive professional experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing strategy, or digital marketing consulting.
• In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape and primary acquisition channels.
• Strong expertise in SEO and emerging AEO/search strategies.
• Proven experience in evaluating digital marketing performance and uncovering areas for enhancement.
• Exceptional market and competitive research abilities.
• Superior analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Capability to independently conduct research and distill large volumes of information into clear insights.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with SEMrush or a similar SEO/web analytics tool.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and executive communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a consulting environment.
• Skill in transitioning from research to insights to recommendations to actionable steps.
• Preferred: experience in higher education, educational technology, student recruitment, or other complex acquisition settings.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to prospective students or other high-consideration demographics.
• Preferred: experience with international or multi-market marketing.
• Preferred: experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, or related platforms.
• Preferred: experience in conversion rate optimization.
• Preferred: experience with content strategy and digital audience development.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven search and emerging search behaviors.
• Preferred: experience conducting competitive digital marketing audits.
• Preferred: background in consulting or agency work.
• Approximately 5–6 month consulting engagement.
