This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze web traffic and performance data from campaigns to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and manage marketing dashboards and reports for both ongoing and ad-hoc inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define goals and KPIs for campaign tracking.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into effective digital measurement solutions.
• Offer data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing marketing performance and uncovering new opportunities.
• Gain knowledge and contribute to web measurement, tracking setup, user flows, GA4, and GTM.
• Assist with analysis, regular reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
• Participate in media planning and optimization while identifying areas for improvement.
• Work alongside stakeholders to clarify issues, update measurement strategies, and formulate recommendations.
• Lead analytics initiatives and tackle larger questions concerning user behavior and marketing performance.
• Discuss D2L marketing objectives, opportunities, the funnel, and digital strategy.
• Identify potential opportunities and undertake self-directed analytics projects.
• Aid in strategy formulation for the D2L market.
• Marketing Analyst I: Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing analysis, emphasizing web analytics and paid advertising.
• Marketing Analyst II: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analysis, focusing on web analytics and paid advertising.
• Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with tagging and management systems, including Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Ability to organize data from various sources and handle multiple data sets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Informatics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.
• Experience with web optimization and tools like VWO or Adobe Target is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake or similar data warehouses is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and their implementation in workflows is beneficial.
• Applicants must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Finalists will undergo a criminal background check.
• Completion of the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended.
