This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze web traffic and campaign performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports for both ongoing and ad-hoc requests.
• Work alongside the marketing team to set campaign tracking goals and KPIs.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into effective measurement and analytics solutions.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing performance and discover new opportunities.
• Acquire knowledge on web measurement, tracking setup, user flows, GA4, and GTM.
• Assist in analysis, regular reporting, and handling ad-hoc requests.
• Participate in media planning, optimization, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define issues, revise measurement, and formulate recommendations.
• Lead analytics initiatives and tackle significant inquiries related to user behavior and marketing performance.
• Communicate D2L marketing objectives, opportunities, funnels, and digital strategies.
• Identify and engage in self-directed analytics projects.
• Contribute to strategic development for the D2L market.
• Marketing Analyst I: Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing analysis, emphasizing web analytics and paid advertising.
• Marketing Analyst II: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analysis, focusing on web analytics and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with tagging and management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with analysis and presentation tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Capability to organize data across various sources and manage multiple datasets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Informatics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.
• Experience with web optimization and tools such as VWO or Adobe Target is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake or similar data warehouses is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and the integration of these tools into workflows is a plus.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Completion of the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended.
