Marketing Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Make calls to leads from designated lead campaigns and transfer calls to Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, and/or Customer Service to promote Timeshare, Marketing Packages, or address membership inquiries.

• Contact leads and facilitate warm transfers to Sales Executives to boost overall volume and/or package sales.

• Receive inbound calls from campaigns and ascertain the appropriate direction for each lead.

• Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude while engaging with Hilton guests, colleagues, supervisors, and managers.

• Achieve personal sales and marketing objectives for performance evaluation.

• Verify that guests satisfy minimum eligibility criteria to participate in tours at the sales center.

• Provide only HGV-authorized information and ensure its accuracy.

• Exceptional sales expertise and a proven ability to close deals.

• Fundamental computer proficiency.

• Basic arithmetic skills.

• Detail-oriented and driven by goals.

• Knowledge of the timeshare industry.

• Capability to manage difficult customers and challenging phone interactions.

• Must live in a state where HGV permits Work from Home (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
