This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for a designated group of loan officers and sales leaders.
• Cultivate enduring relationships by comprehensively understanding business needs, market dynamics, target audiences, brand identity, and growth objectives.
• Formulate strategic marketing initiatives and prioritize impactful tactics.
• Ensure the timely execution of marketing solutions.
• Edit tailored marketing collateral, including postcards, flyers, advertisements, listing sheets, presentations, and social media content.
• Oversee creative requests for campaigns and promotional assets.
• Compose creative briefs that outline objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
• Submit, manage, and oversee projects in Workfront.
• Evaluate materials for precision, quality, brand adherence, and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison among loan officers, Creative, Events, Promotions, Email Marketing, Marketing Technology, Social Media, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Promote and tailor national branding initiatives for local markets and loan officer audiences.
• Coordinate teams to address project challenges and relay updates.
• Communicate proactively regarding product launches, campaigns, training, and sponsorship prospects.
• Support marketing technology platforms and assist loan officers in leveraging marketing tools to enhance their businesses and personal brands.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two or more years of pertinent experience in marketing, account management, project management, or a similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational capabilities.
• Capability to handle multiple accounts and projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to design or modify marketing materials.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and client service.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is preferred.
• Familiarity with Total Expert is preferred.
• Experience with Workfront or a comparable project management tool.
• Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or another highly regulated sector.
• Experience supporting sales professionals, field teams, or high-achieving individual brands.
