This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design and implement data-driven B2B marketing strategies informed by product insights and market analysis.

• Aid in lead generation by aligning marketing objectives with sales enablement and providing necessary engagement tools and resources.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including Community Physicians, Apheresis, Collection, Donor Centers, Cord Blood Banks, and partner organizations.

• Engage in industry groups, forums, or conferences, acting as a subject matter expert for NMDP when required.

• Collaborate across functions on initiatives that influence audience perception involving IT, enablement, field staff, and other teams.

• Develop annual marketing strategies for targeted B2B clients and ensure leadership approval.

• Oversee the execution of campaigns, including content development, channel management, performance analysis, and reporting.

• Partner with Clinical Operations, Research, IT, and other departments to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.

• Manage relationships with external agencies and partner organizations.

• Create measurement tools for real-time performance evaluation and optimization.

• Oversee budgets for designated business units and initiatives.

• Mentor and nurture junior team members through coaching and guidance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in a marketing position.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

• Background in agency management.

• Familiarity with modern integrated marketing practices and techniques, encompassing paid, earned, and owned channels.

• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEM/SEO, social media, web, email, and PR/media.

• Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce and Pardot are preferred.

• Understanding of project management principles.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Informal influencing capabilities.

• Proficient in crafting strategic briefs and delivering strategy presentations to leadership and teams at all levels.

• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to represent the team effectively to business partners and leadership, providing insights and recommendations.

• Capacity to enhance processes and customer experiences using best practices.

• Skill in driving change, aligning teams, and fostering understanding of industry and audience dynamics.
