📋 Description

• Accountable for the development and execution of all sales initiatives within the Marine and Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) energy recovery market sector.

• Aids in formulating and advancing growth strategies for the designated markets and client base.

• Creates plans and strategies aimed at broadening the customer base in the marketing region.

• Plays a role in the creation of training and educational programs for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over ten years of experience in sales leadership roles.

• Background in solutions and dealings with large, intricate organizations.

• In-depth experience in all facets of Supplier Relationship Management.

• Strong comprehension of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

• Willingness to travel and collaborate within a global team of professionals.

• Demonstrated leadership and capability to motivate sales teams.
