• Translate the company's vision into sustainable commercial success.

• Enter new markets, acquire customers, and deepen existing relationships.

• Provide direction to sales and marketing teams.

• Drive commercial performance and establish scalable routes to market.

• Collaborate with the development team to refine and adapt the SaaS solution to meet global market demands.

• Expand DPO-ONE internationally and cultivate partnerships across various markets and sectors.

• Build organizational and commercial foundations to facilitate the transition from startup to scale-up.

• Manage budgets and achieve specified business objectives.

• Own company-level performance and ensure sustainable growth.

• Proven experience successfully guiding companies through a scale-up journey.

• Demonstrated track record in driving sales growth and creating profitable products.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Dutch and Portuguese is considered advantageous.

• Familiarity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.
