📋 Description

• Define and take charge of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Establish GovConnect as a reliable solution within the government and public-sector landscape.

• Direct public-sector sales strategy, pilot initiatives, and institutional collaborations.

• Navigate procurement procedures, align stakeholders, and manage extended sales cycles.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with government bodies, agencies, and municipalities.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the platform meets institutional requirements.

• Balance innovation with dependability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery.

• Manage daily operations, budgeting, and performance evaluation.

• Guarantee sustainable financial planning and scalable operational frameworks.

• Build and guide the leadership team as the organization expands.

• Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group among partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level business leadership experience in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Familiarity with public-sector or enterprise procurement settings.

• Experience in complex, regulated environments and collaboration with institutional stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset paired with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to take ownership and accountability at the organizational level.

• Comfort in leading a technology-driven organization without requiring hands-on technical expertise.

• Management buy-in is necessary through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.
