📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Establish GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem.

• Lead the sales strategy for the public sector, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships.

• Navigate procurement processes, align stakeholders, and manage lengthy sales cycles.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the platform meets institutional needs.

• Balance innovation with reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery standards.

• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and performance tracking.

• Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models.

• Build and lead the leadership team as the company expands.

• Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group in dealings with partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial and senior-level business leadership experience.

• Experience in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Knowledge of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset coupled with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to assume ownership and accountability at the company level.

• Comfortable leading a technology-driven organization without requiring hands-on technical involvement.

• Management buy-in necessary through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.
