• Define and take ownership of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Establish GovConnect as a reliable solution within the government and public-sector landscape.

• Drive the public-sector sales strategy, initiate pilot programs, and cultivate institutional partnerships.

• Navigate procurement processes, align stakeholders, and manage lengthy sales cycles.

• Develop strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the platform meets institutional requirements.

• Balance innovation with dependability, security, and enterprise-level delivery.

• Supervise daily operations, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Guarantee sustainable financial planning and scalable operating frameworks.

• Build and lead the executive team as the company evolves.

• Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group to partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level business leader with a background in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Familiarity with public-sector or enterprise procurement environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset paired with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to assume ownership and accountability at the company level.

• Comfortable leading within a technology-driven organization.

• Management buy-in is required through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.
