📋 Description

• Guide DPO-ONE through its forthcoming growth stage

• Assume overall accountability for the SaaS organization and facilitate its transition from startup to scale-up

• Design and execute a worldwide growth strategy for a privacy compliance solution

• Convert the company vision into sustainable commercial success

• Spearhead market expansion, customer acquisition, and the development of existing customer relationships

• Oversee sales and marketing teams to create scalable market access

• Propel product innovation and collaborate closely with the development team

• Extend operations internationally and forge partnerships across various markets and sectors

• Establish organizational and commercial frameworks to support scale-up growth

• Manage budgets and monitor company-wide performance

• Attain set business objectives and ensure sustainable growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in successfully guiding companies through the scale-up process

• Established history of driving sales growth and creating profitable products

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a readiness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Dutch and Portuguese is considered a plus

• Familiarity with privacy legislation and compliance is advantageous

• Willingness to invest in the Management Buy-In to become a co-owner
