This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Ensure the successful execution of recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Austria, Switzerland, and other designated markets.
• Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and engage in cold calling to recruit respondents.
• Arrange interviews as needed.
• Strategize, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions to optimize internal resources and minimize outsourcing costs.
• Provide updates on project status, including completed work, progress, results, and action plans.
• Raise concerns regarding projects to the senior manager if recruitment efforts are not on track.
• Achieve outsourcing targets for the designated markets.
• Meet monthly panel registration goals.
• Execute initiatives aimed at panel building in Scandinavia and other assigned markets.
• Contact new registrants to verify and update their email addresses.
• Reactivate accounts for users as necessary.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and address member inquiries and complaints across various systems.
• Collaborate with Project Management to resolve specific member/respondent issues related to projects.
• Address respondent inquiries following company policies and resolution timelines.
• Assist in enhancing communication procedures, guidelines, and the Support Ticket System.
• Build and sustain relationships with panel members through professional communication.
• Provide support to M3 Global Research members via telephone, email, and support tickets.
• Work together with the global Panel team to identify and resolve internal and external system and process challenges.
• Investigate fraudulent respondents and follow M3 data quality procedures accordingly.
• Complete verification processes for newly registered members.
• Test links for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, social media, email, and assigned tools.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.
• Capability to ask insightful questions and provide accurate and effective responses.
• Availability to work from 09:00 to 17:30 CET, with a rotating schedule twice weekly to 09:30 to 18:00 CET.
