This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Conduct market and competitive analysis across a range of client projects.
β’ Review client and competitor marketing experiences, which includes websites, email campaigns, and inquiry processes.
β’ Extract and evaluate data from external research platforms to aid in audience segmentation and market sizing.
β’ Create initial reports and strategic documents based on research briefs and established templates.
β’ Oversee timelines for multiple simultaneous projects, collaborating with internal teams for input.
β’ Ensure every deliverable is checked for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before submission to leadership.
β’ Take ownership of research, data synthesis, audits, and initial reports that support marketing strategies in higher education.
β’ Execute defined, repeatable projects almost entirely independently and present organized findings for complex strategic initiatives.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or within an agency setting.
β’ Proficient in written English.
β’ Experience in extracting and utilizing data from third-party research platforms or databases.
β’ Experience in conducting market research, competitive assessments, and audience segmentation.
β’ Ability to consolidate findings from various sources into concise, actionable summaries.
β’ Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines without close supervision.
β’ Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or a similar presentation tool.
β’ Previous experience at a marketing agency or in a client-service environment is an advantage.
β’ Experience in producing client-facing deliverables is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with marketing in the higher education sector is an added bonus.
β’ Fully remote work.
