This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish and nurture profitable new business account relationships.
• Enhance profitability from current accounts.
• Discover business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and potential clients.
• Develop and sustain an effective referral network and calling program to drive sales.
• Identify, create, and oversee a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Efficiently manage assigned territory.
• Implement successful sales campaigns.
• Provide leadership with activity reports and updates on progress toward objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities and meet sales production targets within the designated market.
• Maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Candidate must live near the Northwest Minneapolis, MN area to align with territory coverage requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development, sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to creatively address and resolve client concerns.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety policies.
