This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Cultivate profitable relationships with new business accounts while enhancing profitability from current accounts.
• Recognize business opportunities through an understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and potential clients.
• Establish and uphold an effective referral network and calling program to drive sales.
• Identify, create, and oversee a pipeline of sales prospects.
• Manage the assigned territory effectively.
• Implement successful sales campaigns.
• Provide leadership with activity reports and updates on progress towards objectives.
• Generate new business prospects and meet sales production targets within the designated market.
• Maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years of pertinent sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Comprehensive understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Candidates must live near the Southwest Minneapolis, MN area to meet territory coverage requirements.
