This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Cultivate profitable relationships with new business accounts.
• Enhance profitability from current accounts.
• Recognize business opportunities through an understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and potential clients.
• Establish and uphold an efficient referral network and calling program.
• Identify, create, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively oversee the designated territory.
• Implement successful sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reports and updates on progress towards objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and meet sales production targets within the assigned market.
• Maintain strong partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Candidates must be located near the Northwest Minneapolis, MN area to meet territory coverage needs.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Three to five years of pertinent sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of product marketing, client service issues, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.
• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety policies.
