Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand profitable business relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Identify opportunities by utilizing insights into clients, markets, products, and services.

• Provide consultative sales presentations to potential and current clients.

• Showcase how the organization's solutions align with clients' business requirements.

• Build and sustain a robust referral network.

• Implement a proactive calling strategy to enhance sales growth and strengthen client relationships.

• Oversee a designated territory in the Fresno, California area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Ability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.

• Basic skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Compliance with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.

• Adherence to applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements.
