Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build and enhance profitable relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Recognize opportunities by utilizing insights into clients, markets, products, and services.

• Conduct consultative sales presentations for potential and current clients.

• Showcase how the organization’s payment solutions can fulfill clients' business objectives.

• Create and sustain a robust referral network.

• Implement a proactive calling strategy to boost sales growth and strengthen client relationships.

• Oversee a specific territory within the Fresno, California area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.

• Proficient marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation skills.

• Capability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks/projects and meeting deadlines concurrently.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Must reside in Fresno, CA.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as well as related workplace conduct and safety standards.
