This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take ownership and expand Guesty’s Mid-Market business across the Nordic region, specifically in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
• Generate a robust pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, networking, partnerships, participation in industry events, and cultivating local market relationships.
• Identify and target professional short-term rental operators, property managers, aparthotels, and hospitality enterprises.
• Forge connections with founders, CEOs, GMs, and senior commercial and operational decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.
• Gain insights into prospects’ current operations and position Guesty as a solution for operational efficiency, revenue enhancement, scalability, and technology consolidation.
• Promote Guesty’s comprehensive platform, including offerings in payments, AI, revenue optimization, guest operations, and other solutions.
• Develop a strategic territory plan instead of relying on high-volume, generic outbound efforts.
• Represent Guesty at industry events, client meetings, and hospitality communities throughout the Nordic region.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Product, Customer Success, Onboarding, and other teams on complex opportunities.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, maintain CRM discipline, and uphold forecast accuracy.
• Provide insights on competitor activities, product needs, market trends, and opportunities back to Guesty.
• Establish Guesty’s recognizable presence across the Nordics and convert relationships into new customers and revenue streams.
• Extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel technology, property technology, or a related field.
• Proven success in acquiring new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• A genuine hunter mentality; adept at creating a pipeline rather than relying solely on incoming leads.
• Experience in managing a territory or developing a market.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value rather than depend on discounting.
• Proficient in selling to founders, CEOs, and senior operational leaders.
• Capability to navigate multi-stakeholder and technically complex sales processes.
• Solid understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is particularly advantageous.
• Existing connections within the Nordic hospitality or short-term rental sector are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
