This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships within the designated territory.
• Oversee professional host accounts to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Evaluate data and implement data-driven suggestions to pinpoint strategic opportunities and enhance sales.
• Identify and onboard new, high-quality supply sources.
• Assist clients with a fundamental understanding of technical integrations for software partners.
• Represent Airbnb in discussions with Professional Hosts and at industry events.
• Inform clients about product updates and communicate product and policy feedback to internal teams.
• Remain informed on Canadian short-term rental regulations at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels.
• Conduct optimization calls and business evaluations with partners.
• Build enduring partnerships and gain in-depth knowledge of assigned markets.
• Deliver timely, outstanding service and, on occasion, travel to the market for face-to-face support.
• Collaborate across teams with product, communications, public policy, and customer support departments.
• Over 6 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• More than 2 years of experience in the tech or travel industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business.
• Strong quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret and utilize data effectively.
• Capability to work both strategically and tactically, thriving in ambiguous situations.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
• Highly skilled in CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Based in Ontario, Canada, and willing to travel regularly to the designated territory; typical expectation is once every quarter.
• A passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.
• Experience as an Airbnb host is a plus.

• Remote-eligible work arrangement.
• Occasional work at an Airbnb office or participation in offsites, as agreed with your manager.
