Market Expansion Manager – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of activities related to entering new markets and expanding service areas.

• Create and maintain comprehensive implementation plans that outline launch activities and key milestones.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness and successful project execution.

• Establish governance frameworks, project timelines, and reporting systems.

• Foster accountability among stakeholders and manage critical path tasks.

• Lead implementation meetings, collaborative sessions, and executive steering committees.

• Track project progress and resolve barriers that may affect launch readiness.

• Develop and conduct market readiness evaluations.

• Ensure operational readiness across affected departments, including policies, workflows, systems, training, staffing, and support structures.

• Oversee launch checklists, go-live preparations, and post-launch stabilization efforts.

• Identify and address implementation risks.

• Assist in CMS service area expansion and market growth implementation initiatives.

• Align timelines with Medicare Advantage bidding and operational cycles.

• Facilitate the expansion, onboarding, and operational integration of provider networks.

• Coordinate technological systems, solutions, and operational processes for new markets.

• Ensure that enrollment, claims, customer service, care management, provider data, and reporting systems are properly configured and tested.

• Manage implementation activities involving vendors, delegated entities, and business partners.

• Prepare executive readiness reports and launch dashboards.

• Provide status updates, highlight risks, outline mitigation strategies, and present key decisions to senior leadership.

• Aid in post-launch stabilization, metric tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders.

• Strong skills in project and program management.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and driving organizational change initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
