This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on liver tumor case volume, program development, and readiness of capital equipment.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, tumor board leaders, hospital administrators, and various stakeholders.
• Present the histotripsy and the Edison System prior to the formal engagement of Area Sales Managers.
• Engage in discovery discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts and monitor deal progression from lead to qualified opportunity.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of pipelines and territory plans while reporting pipeline health and prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
• Work alongside Account Managers on closed accounts to facilitate program launches, physician training, and utilization growth.
• Recognize potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence for reference sites and speaker development.
• Assist in trade shows, regional conferences, and various business development and educational initiatives.
• Enhance clinical, technical, and business understanding of histotripsy and the Edison System.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related Healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison, ideally in medical device, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
• Proven track record of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
• Established success in prospecting and nurturing relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Capacity to fulfill hospital credentialing prerequisites, including background checks, drug screenings, and specific immunizations.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness and capability to travel by car or air, encompassing day trips and overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with ASMs, the ASD, AMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Personal initiative and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
