This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

• Lead and oversee designated Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate effectively with the Wholesale Market Area Manager.
• Achieve designated sales targets.
• Enhance and boost sales volume across all makes and models within the assigned territory.
• Generate Direct Account orders by managing inventories, requesting line additions, and executing changeovers through LEEP and stocklift budgets.
• Assist in promoting ACDelco products and programs at both Direct and National Accounts.
• Identify and expand Independent Aftermarket sales opportunities, including Fleet accounts.
• Seek out new distribution opportunities to enhance ACDelco's market presence.
• Foster and enhance engagement with Direct Account Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Organize market-specific promotions in collaboration with Direct Accounts utilizing the marketing budget.
• Market national, regional, and local programs.
• Ensure Direct Account adherence to ACDelco policies and procedures through effective communication.
• Complete weekly updates, administrative tasks, special projects, and leadership requests regarding competitive products, market conditions, and distribution activities.
• Provide market insights for forecasting and business strategy development.
• Coordinate input from internal and external customers to grasp customer needs and perceptions.
• Keep customer profiles and records up to date.
• Attend conventions, special events, and trade shows as required.
• Support customer training initiatives.
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with ACDelco PDCs.
• Oversee warranty reduction initiatives and material returns/core credit activities, acting as a liaison between customers and ACDelco.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in the automotive aftermarket or outside sales.
• Capability to prioritize and allocate resources to optimize opportunities.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and sales.
• High level of interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Business acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Proficient in communicating product line features and advantages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to formulate and implement action plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with OEM parts systems.
• Proficient in computer software, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Willingness to travel as needed - up to 75%.
• Must currently reside within the Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico territory, or be open to relocating to Colorado or Arizona, or an approved surrounding area within 60 days of starting.

• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
