Market Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Propel growth initiatives throughout Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

• Discover strategic avenues and cultivate high-value collaborations

• Engage with key decision-makers across Health Boards and the broader health and social care sectors

• Spearhead market access and reimbursement efforts within the devolved nations

• Formulate and execute strategic account plans for Health Boards

• Persuade healthcare decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders to enhance patient access

• Collaborate with various teams on pricing, evidence, and market access strategies

• Foster stakeholder relationships to promote sustainable growth

• Partner with Health Boards, procurement teams, medicines management leads, clinical decision-makers, government stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders

• Work in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Tender and Contracts, and Market Access teams

• Navigate intricate healthcare systems and decision-making processes

• Increase Essity's footprint across the devolved nations

• Align both internal and external stakeholders to provide customer-centric solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the health and social care landscape of the devolved nations

• Strong commercial insight

• Capability to draft business cases and project briefs while securing engagement from key stakeholders

• Proven history of delivering innovative solutions to both internal and external business entities

• Exceptional planning and leadership skills

• Demonstrated experience in a Healthcare Partnership role, driving value

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and project management abilities

• PRINCE2 certification is preferred
