Manufacturing Recruiter – Limited Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify job specifications.

• Deliver pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Work closely with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to back up recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficient with recruitment technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in recruiting within Manufacturing or Medical Device sectors is an advantage.
