Manufacturing Innovation Consultant, Scale-ups, Production Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the production capabilities provided by manufacturers alongside the production requirements of scale-ups and SMEs.

• Determine the readiness of participating companies for large-scale manufacturing.

• Establish matching criteria and objectives, and oversee the tracking of introductions and finalized business-to-business partnerships.

• Identify and connect with appropriate scale-ups, facilitating introductions to manufacturers.

• Organize and conduct expert workshops and sprints involving manufacturers, start-ups, and the organisation's internal teams.

• Recognize obstacles to collaborations between established manufacturers and emerging companies.

• Compile a comprehensive report containing actionable recommendations and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing innovation, particularly recent involvement in assisting scale-up companies to industrialize their products.

• Proven track record of fostering partnerships between corporates and scale-ups in the realms of production or manufacturing.

• Background in designing replicable procedures or frameworks applicable across various organizations.

• Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as aerospace and defense.

• Innovative ideas for leveraging civilian factory capabilities to meet defense requirements.

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including defense, government, or international organizations.

• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
