• Rapidly construct gigawatts of AI data centers at scale.

• Integrate the capabilities of equipment suppliers, engineering firms, general contractors, and real estate developers under one roof.

• Take responsibility, identify risks early, communicate directly, and ensure follow-through.

• Make decisions despite incomplete information, document these decisions, and adapt as new facts emerge.

• Act swiftly on reversible decisions and exercise caution when dealing with risks related to security, safety, finances, employees, or customers.
