Mandatory Internship, Psychology – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform research on topics related to psychology, clinical practices, and digital health.

• Enhance psychological content, virtual reality scenarios, and related materials.

• Address inquiries regarding product and user experience for both therapists and patients.

• Assist with evaluations, research studies, questionnaires, and data analysis.

• Conduct analyses of the market, competition, and potential opportunities.

• Prepare business cases, presentations, and pitch materials.

• Engage with partners, clinics, academic researchers, and the startup ecosystem.

• Aid operational activities across Research, Product, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and Communications.

• Identify obstacles and help in their resolution.

• Undertake behind-the-scenes tasks that are crucial for the team's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Health Sciences, Human Factors, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Commitment to completing a mandatory internship.

• Interest in the fields of digital health, MedTech, mental health, virtual reality, or contemporary psychotherapy.

• A proactive attitude, the ability to pose insightful questions, and a passion for improvement.

• Structured, independent, and dependable working approach.

• Capacity to quickly grasp complex information and articulate it clearly and succinctly.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in the field.
