Mandatory Internship in Graphic Design and Social Media Content Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and others.

• Create visual assets such as graphics, carousels, stories, and covers for Reels.

• Design promotional materials for both online and offline marketing initiatives.

• Assist in the continuous evolution of the corporate design identity.

• Prepare presentations and various marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.

• Offer innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

• Aid in designing new features and optimizing the user experience (UI/UX) of the READO app.

• Work closely with both the marketing and founding teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a mandatory internship as part of a degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related field).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar design tools, such as Figma or Canva.

• A keen eye for contemporary design, social media trends, and effective brand communication.

• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and an organized approach to work.

• Previous experience in content creation or graphic design is advantageous.

• Ideally, familiarity with the READO app and community, though this is not a requirement.

• Portfolio or examples of work are encouraged.
