Mandatory Internship – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the technical upkeep and ongoing enhancement of websites, which includes WordPress, CMS personalization, and plug-in integration.

• Evaluate the performance of websites and social media platforms utilizing SEO and analytical data.

• Perform systematic keyword and competitor evaluations to develop optimization suggestions.

• Deploy and assess tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

• Create automated workflows for Sales and Business Development, encompassing CRM processes, lead distribution, reporting, and follow-up automation.

• Examine sales data, pinpoint optimization possibilities, and compile relevant key metrics in reports and presentations.

• Maintain the technical quality of content regarding loading speed, usability, and accessibility.

• Generate reports and dashboards that highlight reach, conversions, and target demographics.

• Collaborate with a team of 25 professionals across content strategy, SEO, SEA, social media management, editorial work, frontend development, and project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a pertinent degree program such as media informatics, business informatics, data science, business administration, marketing engineering, or a related field.

• You possess a technical inclination and ideally have some initial experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS platforms like WordPress.

• Basic knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is a plus.

• You demonstrate an analytical, solution-oriented approach and enjoy comprehending and optimizing technical processes.

• You work in an organized manner and can present complex data in a clear format.

• Excellent written and spoken German rounds out your profile.
