📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Establish GovConnect as a reliable solution within the government and public-sector landscape.

• Direct public-sector sales strategies, pilot initiatives, and institutional collaborations.

• Navigate procurement processes, align stakeholders, and manage lengthy sales cycles.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with government bodies, agencies, and municipalities.

• Guide product and technology direction in response to institutional requirements.

• Balance innovation with dependability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery.

• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operational frameworks.

• Assemble and lead the leadership team as the company expands.

• Represent GovConnect and LetShare Group in interactions with partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level business leadership experience.

• Background in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Knowledge of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments.

• Experience in complex, regulated operating environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset combined with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to accept ownership and accountability at the corporate level.

• Comfortable leading a technology-driven organization without needing to be technically hands-on.

• Management buy-in required through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.
