📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Position GovConnect as a reliable solution within the government and public-sector landscape.

• Lead the sales strategy for the public sector, including pilot programs and institutional partnerships.

• Navigate procurement processes, ensure stakeholder alignment, and manage lengthy sales cycles.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities.

• Direct product and technology development in accordance with institutional requirements.

• Maintain a balance between innovation and reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery.

• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operational frameworks.

• Assemble and lead the leadership team as the organization expands.

• Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group in interactions with partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, senior-level business leader with experience in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Knowledge of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset paired with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to assume ownership and accountability at the company level.

• Comfortable leading a technology-driven organization without needing hands-on technical involvement.

• Management buy-in required through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.
