📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.

• Position GovConnect as a reliable solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem.

• Lead the sales strategy for the public sector, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships.

• Navigate procurement processes, align stakeholders, and manage lengthy sales cycles.

• Develop strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities.

• Direct product and technology development based on institutional requirements.

• Balance innovation with dependability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery.

• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating frameworks.

• Assemble and lead the executive team as the company expands.

• Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, senior-level experience in business leadership.

• Proven experience in building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated track record in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy.

• Familiarity with public-sector or enterprise procurement environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset coupled with a long-term vision.

• Willingness to assume ownership and accountability at the company level.

• Comfort in leading a technology-driven organization.

• Management buy-in necessary through an investment of €40,000–€80,000.

• Capability to operate within complex, regulated environments and collaborate with institutional stakeholders.
